Are there any offers or benefits for guests who book directly?
For guests who book directly with us via email, phone, or our online booking system, we offer a Best Price Guarantee. You will also receive special rates such as early-bird offers or long-stay rates starting from 3 nights. In addition, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits.
Can I change or modify my reservation flexibly?
If you book the flexible rate, you can change your booking or cancel free of charge up to a specified date. Please check your cancellation policy for details or contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you.
Can I purchase gift vouchers for the restaurant, spa or overnight stays?
You can conveniently purchase vouchers through our online voucher shop and print them out immediately:
Can I pre-order a welcome setup in the room?
We are happy to prepare a welcome set-up according to your wishes for a fee — whether flowers, treatments, or drinks. Please contact our host at least 24 hours in advance: host.central@roomers-hotels.com
How can I update my guest information?
Please feel free to contact us directly or update your information in your Marriott Bonvoy App.
If you booked through a third-party provider such as Booking.com or similar platforms, please contact them directly.
How much does breakfast cost at the hotel?
We offer a special rate for room bookings including breakfast. If you would like to add breakfast after making your reservation, we charge 49 EUR per person. Children up to 12 years old can enjoy breakfast free of charge.
How much is the city tax?
The city of Frankfurt charges 2 EUR per person per night for leisure travelers. Business travelers don’t have to pay the city tax.
Can a assumption of costs be deposited?
We can create a payment link or provide a pro forma invoice in advance for your stay. It is not possible to send an invoice retrospectively.

How far is the hotel from the train station, trade fair or airport?
Frankfurt Central Station is only 400 meters from Roomers Frankfurt (a 5-minute walk). The trade fair (Messe) can be reached in 10 minutes by car or train, and in about 20 minutes on foot. Frankfurt Airport is 10 km away, approximately a 15-minute drive.
Can I store my luggage safely before check-in or after check-out?
You are welcome to store your luggage safely with us.
Is there an airport transfer or car service that I can book through you?
You are welcome to book an airport transfer directly through us.
Is early check-in or late check-out available, and how can I book it?
We can offer early check-in on the day of arrival if your room is already prepared. Late check-out is free of charge until 1 PM, depending on availability. If you wish to stay longer, you can extend your check-out until 5 PM for 30 EUR per hour, subject to availability.

Why is a deposit required at check-in?
For any potential additional charges such as extras or minibar consumption, a deposit of 200 EUR per night is blocked on your credit card at check-in. This amount is not charged by us and will be released automatically after a few days.
Can my Package be delivered before I arrive?
You are welcome to send your package to us before your arrival.

What are the breakfast hours?
We are happy to serve you a various breakfast buffet and á la carte dishes:
Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 1 PM.
Can I order room service?
Our room service is available for you from Sunday to Thursday from 7 AM to 1.30 AM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 AM to 2.30 AM – whether you’re craving breakfast in bed, signature Burbank dishes, or a drink to wind down your day.
Which spa services are available?
The Roomers Spa features a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, massage beds, relaxation loungers, and a rooftop terrace with a skyline view. On the same floor, you will also find our partner Recover Society, an exclusive longevity hub offering cold plunges and red-light therapy, which are included in the room rate for our guests. They also offer oxygen treatments and personalized infusions for an additional fee.
Do you have a gym?
The Roomers Gym offers a stylish workout experience daily from 6:30 AM to 12 AM, featuring 2 treadmills, 1 cross trainer, 1 bicycle, a strength wall, and dumbbells ranging from 1–25 kg.
Does the hotel offer parking or an underground garage?
We offer an underground garage with valet parking for 38 EUR per night.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Electric cars can be charged with us for an additional fee of 45 EUR on top of the parking charges.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Yes, your dog is welcome with us — upon request, for 30 EUR per day. However, due to hygiene regulations, they are not allowed in the restaurant or the Roomers Bar.
Do you offer baby cots, extra beds, or family rooms?
Starting from the Junior Suite category, we offer an extra bed for children aged 12 and above for 80 EUR per night. Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. Upon request, two connecting rooms can also be booked.
When is the Burbank restaurant open?
The Burbank Restaurant, with its pan-Asian cuisine, is open as follows:
Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 11 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 11 PM
When is the Roomers Bar open?
The opening hours of the Roomers Bar are:
Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 4 AM
Sunday from 11 AM to 2 AM.
How long is the reception staffed?
You can reach a member of our reception team 24/7.
Does the hotel offer rooms with a bathtub?
Starting from the Deluxe Room category, every room features a freestanding bathtub. The Superior and Comfort Rooms come with either a bathtub or a shower — and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
Does the hotel offer rooms with a balcony?
At Roomers Frankfurt, we do not have any rooms with balconies.
Can event spaces be booked for meetings, celebrations or weddings?
We love to celebrate! We offer 3 meeting rooms on the 6th floor with a skyline view and state-of-the-art equipment for up to 40 people. The bar or the restaurant with its adjoining winter garden can also be booked exclusively for events of any kind.
