Are there any offers or benefits for guests who book directly?

For guests who book directly with us via email, phone, or our online booking system, we offer a Best Price Guarantee. You will also receive special rates such as early-bird offers or long-stay rates starting from 3 nights. In addition, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Can I change or modify my reservation flexibly ?

If you book the flexible rate, you can change your booking or cancel free of charge up to a specified date. Please check your cancellation policy for details or contact us at badenbaden@roomers-hotels.com. We will be happy to assist you.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for the restaurant, spa, or overnight stays?

You can conveniently purchase vouchers through our online voucher shop and print them out immediately:

Can I pre order a welcome setup in the room?

We are happy to prepare a welcome set-up according to your wishes for a fee — whether flowers, treatments, or drinks. Please contact our host at least 24 hours in advance: host.badenbaden@roomers-hotels.com

how can I update my guest information?

Please feel free to contact us directly at badenbaden@roomers-hotels.com or update your information in your Marriott Bonvoy App.

If you booked through a third-party provider such as Booking.com or similar platforms, please contact them directly.

How much does breakfast cost at the hotel?

We offer a special rate for room bookings including breakfast. If you would like to add breakfast after making your reservation, we charge 49 EUR per person. Children up to 12 years old can enjoy breakfast free of charge.

How much is the city tax?

The city of Baden-Baden charges 4.50 EUR per person per night for leisure travelers. Business travelers don’t have to pay the city tax.

Can a assumption of costs be deposited?

We can create a payment link or provide a pro forma invoice in advance for your stay. It is not possible to send an invoice retrospectively.

How far is the hotel from the airport and the train station?

Roomers Baden-Baden is located 3.9 km from Baden-Baden Central station. (a 7-minute drive). The “Kongresshaus Baden-Baden” (Messe) can be reached in 12 minutes on foot or in 5 minute by car. Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (FKB) is 14,5 km away, approximately a 18-minute drive.

Can I store my luggage safely before check-in or after check-out?

You are welcome to store your luggage safely with us at our reception.

Is there an airport transfer or car service that I can book through you?

You are welcome to book an airport transfer directly through our host: host.badenbaden@roomers-hotels.com.

Is early check-in or late check-out available, and how can I book it?

We can offer early check-in on the day of arrival if your room is already prepared. For a guaranteed early check-in, we charge 30 EUR per hour before 1:00 PM., subject to availability.Late check-out is free of charge until 1:00 PM, depending on availability. If you wish to stay longer, you can extend your check-out until 5:00 PM for 30 EUR per hour, subject to availability.

Why is a deposit required at check-in?

For any potential additional charges such as extras or minibar consumption, a deposit of 200 EUR per night is blocked on your credit card at check-in. If unused, this amount will not be charged by us and will be released automatically a few days after check-out.

Can my package be delivered before I arrvive?

You are welcome to send your package to us before your arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 3:00 PM / Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

What are the breakfast hours?

We are happy to serve you a various breakfast buffet and á la carte dishes:

Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 11 AM
Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Can I order room service?

Our international room service menu is available from Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 1 AM, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 12 PM to 1 AM. Orders can be placed through your in-room SuitePad.
Would you like to enjoy breakfast in bed? This is available from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Does the hotel offer parking or an underground garage?

We offer an underground garage with valet parking for 36 EUR per night. We charge 1.50 EUR per hour for restaurant guests. Please note that reservations are not possible. If our garage is already full upon your arrival, there is a public parking garage directly across the street.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

We provide electrical car charging for an additional fee of 45 EUR on top of the parking charges.

Which spa services are available to me?

Roomers Spa offers a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a steam bath, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a heated infinity pool on the rooftop terrace, and relaxation loungers. We also provide a wide range of treatments as well as longevity infusion therapies and micronutrient programs by Recover Society.

Do you have a gym?

The Roomers Gym offers you a stylish 24/7 workout experience with treadmills, cross trainers, bicycles, various strength training stations, dumbbells, and a punching bag.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, your dog is welcome with us — upon request, for 60 EUR per stay. You will receive a small treat for your dog upon arrival. However, due to hygiene regulations, dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant or the rooftop bar.

Do you offer baby cots, extra beds, or family rooms?

Starting from the Junior Suite category, we can offer you an extra bed. Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge, children aged 12 and above costs 80 EUR per night. Upon request, two connecting rooms can also be booked.

When is the moriki restaurant open?

The moriki Restaurant, with its pan-Asian cuisine and a various sushi selection, is open as follows:

Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 11 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 11 PM.

Can event spaces be rented for meetings, celebrations, or weddings?

We love to celebrate! We offer 4 meeting rooms that can be flexibly combined, up to the Grand Room with a total of 190 sqm and capacity for up to 400 people. The Roomers Bar, our Private Dining Room, the moriki restaurant with patio, or the Rooftop Bar can also be booked exclusively for events of any kind.
