Event Venues in Frankfurt
Better Places to Meet
Not every encounter calls for a conventional meeting room. Sometimes a suite with a view, a private dinner or a bar high above Frankfurt is simply the better setting.
Roomers ParkView offers exceptional possibilities for private celebrations, corporate events, product presentations and brand experiences. A reception at the Lobby Bar can set the tone before the evening continues at Golden Phoenix or Bar Oneseven on the 17th floor. The spacious suites also provide a private setting for selected guests, personal presentations or exclusive gatherings.
The Hayashi Hotel Store offers another option entirely. The mirrored 10 sqm retail space opposite the Lobby Bar can be used exclusively and transformed for pop-ups, installations, presentations or individual brand and shop experiences.
Whether dinner, drinks, a presentation or an event spanning several areas of the hotel, every format is planned individually around the occasion and its guests. Personal, flexible and anything but ordinary.
Ready, Set, Go
Suites 43–155 sqm
Our suites provide a private setting for meetings, presentations and gatherings.
Living and lounge areas, refined design and views across Frankfurt create an atmosphere that feels more personal than a conventional event space. Ideal for confidential conversations, board meetings, press interviews, showrooms or private receptions.
Depending on the format, overnight stays, catering and additional areas of the hotel can be incorporated.
Golden Phoenix
Golden Phoenix by The Duc Ngo combines modern Chinese cuisine with a distinctive setting on the hotel’s ground floor.
The restaurant is suited to group dinners, client events, team evenings and private celebrations. Depending on the group size and occasion, individual areas, larger tables or the entire restaurant can be reserved.
The adjoining patio extends the experience outdoors, offering space for aperitifs, summer dinners or a relaxed end to the evening.
Bar Oneseven
High above the Westend, Frankfurt itself becomes part of the setting.
Bar Oneseven on the 17th floor combines sweeping skyline views with refined bar culture and an intimate, cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is suited to exclusive receptions, product presentations, corporate events, private celebrations and evenings that are allowed to run later than planned.
Depending on the occasion, the bar experience can be complemented by bespoke drinks, DJ sets, flying food or a curated programme.
Start with an Idea
The Details
A dinner for selected clients. A launch high above Frankfurt. A shoot framed by architecture, art and skyline views. Or a celebration that begins with an aperitivo and continues later at the bar. The idea sets the direction, the details make the difference. Our experienced team brings together the right spaces, food, drinks, music and individual experiences to create a cohesive concept tailored to your occasion.
Hayashi Space
Located directly by the entrance, the Hayashi Hotel Store is a curated extension of Frankfurt luxury fashion store Hayashi at Börsenplatz, combining luxury fashion with changing pop-up concepts. The flexible space can also be booked as an exclusive showroom for product presentations, temporary exhibitions and curated brand experiences. If desired, the event can be extended across the hotel, with a dinner at Golden Phoenix or a private reception in one of the suites.
Food & Drinks
Part of the Experience
At Roomers ParkView, food and drinks are not an addition to the event, but part of the experience. Golden Phoenix by The Duc Ngo brings modern Chinese cuisine to the table, while our culinary team can create menus in a variety of styles to suit the occasion and your individual preferences. Whatever you have in mind, we’ll find a way to bring it to the table.
The Lobby Bar sets the scene for receptions and informal gatherings. At the Bar Oneseven, cocktails, music and skyline views come together. From flying dinners and seated menus to aperitivo and late-night drinks, each concept is tailored to the occasion.
