For guests who book directly with us via email, phone, or our online booking system, we offer a Best Price Guarantee. You will also receive special rates such as early-bird offers or long-stay rates starting from 3 nights. In addition, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits.

If you book the flexible rate, you can change your booking or cancel free of charge up to a specified date. Please check your cancellation policy for details or contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you.

At the moment, we are still showing renderings of the hotel. These are very realistic and already give a good idea of what the hotel will look like when it’s finished.

Frankfurt Airport is only about a 20-minute drive away. Frankfurt Central Station is about a 10-minute drive away or a 20-minute ride by public transportation.

We would be happy to arrange a private airport transfer or chauffeur service for you. Please contact us before your arrival.

Our dining concepts are at the heart of the hotel. When the hotel opens, the Golden Phoenix restaurant—serving Chinese cuisine — as well as the Oneseven bar on the 17th floor and the Lobby Bar will be open, ensuring a truly authentic Roomers experience.

Our room service is available 24 hours a day and offers a selection of food and drinks—from breakfast in your room to dishes from the Golden Phoenix, and a drink to round off the evening.

To ensure a stress-free arrival, our hotel’s underground parking garage with valet service is at your disposal. Please note that parking is handled exclusively by our staff. The service costs €50 per night.

Yes, your dog is more than welcome here. There is a small fee of €40 per night. Please understand that, for hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar.

Starting with our Superior Suites, we offer an extra bed upon request for an additional charge of €80 per night. Children 12 and under are welcome to stay in their parents’ bed at no extra charge. We’re happy to provide personalized advice for families and offer connecting rooms upon request. Starting with the Deluxe category, we’re also happy to provide cribs free of charge—so the whole family can feel completely at home.
